Hi, I'm Katie - your therapist!

 Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner. Originally from Australia, now based in Edinburgh.

My own story with this work started in my mid-20s, when anxiety and low self-worth were ruling my life. Talking therapy helped me understand what was happening but it was subconscious work that actually changed how I was feeling.

I now help people do the same - get out of survival mode, calm their nervous systems and quieten their mind so they feel in control of their lives again.

A gentle, evidence-based approach using light trance, like daydreaming, to access the part of the mind that drives automatic responses. You stay fully aware and in control throughout.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on the emotion. Sends calming signals to the brain, lowers stress hormones and regulates the nervous system in real time.
